The prompt for this design was to create an event along with a full sized poster and three smaller designs that could be used as social media posts. The event that I created was a Lantern Festival in North Carolina. I chose this design because I have been to an event like this in the past, and I think it is a very cute idea and can be advertised in a whimsical way. I used Illustrator to design the shapes for my lanterns and make them still look uniform.
